At OC CrossFit, we make getting started simple, fun, and non-intimidating. The only way to find out if we're the right fit for you is to come in for a visit and give us a try. Your FREE session is designed to introduce you to CrossFit and to our community. All fitness levels are welcome, and each introductory session includes special one on one coaching to help you achieve your specific goals. During these sessions we'll also let you meet our trainers and experience the way our program and classes are structured. We’ll even show you some of our basic movements and then create a custom workout for you to test your abilities.
Already familiar with CrossFit and want to jump right in? It’s as easy as picking a class from our schedule and joining us for our Workout of the Day. It’s still totally FREE to try us out, and there’s no obligation to join. We look forward to seeing you!
